Every church must accept that there exists a delicate balance between ministry and facility use.  At Fellowship, our primary mission is to help people find and follow Jesus and our facilities play a vital role in that mission.  The practical side of maintaining and managing the church facilities cannot be overlooked.  Striking the right balance between ministry and facility use is essential for the church to fulfill its spiritual purpose while ensuring the physical space remains functional and sustainable.

At its core, a church is a place of preaching, worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth.  Ministry must be the heartbeat of any church and should always take precedence.  The primary focus should be on providing opportunities for worship, prayer, teaching, and building of real authentic relationships and the facility itself plays a vital role in facilitating these activities.  A well-maintained and inviting space can enhance the worship experience and create a welcoming environment for both members and guests. Therefore, it is essential to strike a balance between using the facility for ministry and ensuring its proper upkeep.
